Job Role : Relationship Branch Head
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the branch team to drive revenue across Retail Banking, Wealth, CASA, Insurance, and Third-Party Products.
Strengthen and manage HNI and premium customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and wallet share enhancement.
Drive acquisition and retention strategies for new and existing customers.
Ensure branch profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.
Comply with audit, compliance, and operational guidelines set by the bank.
Foster a customer-first culture and ensure timely resolution of grievances.
Conduct regular team performance reviews and training to boost productivity and service standards.
