Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
To drive impactful, on-ground demand generation by executing region-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring brand visibility, farmer engagement, and product pull in the assigned geography. This role bridges central strategy with local execution to fuel business growth and strengthen Bioseed’s brand presence in rural markets.
Key Individual Accountabilities
Campaign Execution & Activation
Implement pre-season and in-season marketing campaigns as per regional calendars.
Organize farmer meetings, demos, product displays, and field-level activations.
Coordinate with sales teams for effective last-mile impact.
Branding & Visibility
Ensure timely deployment of marketing materials (banners, hoardings, POS, etc.).
Monitor brand presence in key markets and retail points.
Maintain consistency of visual identity in field executions.
Agency Coordination & Vendor Management
Liaise with local vendors for event setups, printing, logistics, and campaign materials.
Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of assigned activities.
Budget Adherence
Track activity-wise spends and ensures compliance with budget allocations.
Share monthly reports with the central team on campaign effectiveness and reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Agronomy, and Product teams to align marketing plans.
Share ground-level feedback to improve campaign design and impact.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Marketing from a reputed institute
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in agri-input marketing, with a proven track record in the seed industry
Strong understanding of rural markets, channel dynamics, and farmer behaviour
Must be open to extensive field travel to drive activation and engagement at the grassroots level
