Key Responsibilities& Authorities:
1. Handle Service Business development & sales for the zone.
(a) Service Contracts Business - Drive Service Contract Business across North Zone, coordinate with delivery team for major growth in service contract business, frequently travel for this Initiative.
(b) Retrofit - Drive Retrofit Business for Metaflex.
(c) Meet existing customer base to educate & highlight offerings from MDI on service support. Specially for Service Contracts Business Growth, Generating new opportunities.
2. Revenue Management: Drive service revenue as per Set targets for the company.

3. Implement Rates Contracts with Key Contractors & Key Accounts for;
(a) Spare Parts
(b) Service Charge
(c) Service Contracts
4. Conduct Site Audits through MDI team & Third Party Network
(a) Creating opportunity of service revenue by Auditing existing out of warranty sites.
(b) Driving service revenue for the zone
5. Coordinate with Head Office for complete service sales activities.
6. Manage Monthly parts inventory management for executing part sales.
7. Share Service Sales forecast, service MIS on monthly basis.
8. Monitor Outstanding payments and undertake remedial actions for receiving timely payments.
