Job Role: Zonal Sales Manager
Job Objective :
To drive therapy-specific sales in one designated zone and manage a team to ensure the achievement of targets with a focus on scientific communication, execution, and team development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Discuss scientific communication and clinical data confidently with HCPs. Foster a culture of "Scientific Communication" within TBMs.
- Manage and guide the TBM team to achieve region/territory targets while maintaining high domain knowledge of the respiratory segment.
- Ensure sales execution, including new HCP onboarding, customer coverage, inventory management, and payment collection.
- Supervise, induct, and handhold team members, providing them with a defined career path.
- Track and manage competition effectively.
- Implement and monitor marketing strategies, offering comprehensive feedback.
- Recognize team achievements and provide counseling as needed.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain zero vacancies by recommending quality candidates for selection.
- Act as the communication bridge between the team and Head Office.
Key Measures of Success:
- 100% sales and brand-wise target achievement with inclusivity across all HQs.
- Secondary sales target achievement for new products.
- ROS compliance as a required % of sales.
- DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) below 30 days.
- Team attrition rate <25%.
- 95% customer coverage.
- 100% implementation of launch activities as planned.
