The Distribution Assistant will oversee distribution operations to achieve company goals, manage doctors' scheme approvals, and ensure timely processing of credit notes. Key tasks include inventory control using FIFO, payment follow-up, stockiest onboarding, and analyzing sales and stock data to reduce returns and maintain efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all distribution activities at the Head Office to achieve company goals.
Handle approval processes for doctors' schemes and ensure proper implementation.
Manage product replacements in alignment with approved doctors' schemes.
Ensure timely clearance of credit notes according to a preplanned schedule.
Coordinate with field force and stockiest for payment collection and ensure follow-up on overdue amounts.
Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy by implementing 100% FIFO (First-In-First-Out) to prevent shortages or excesses
Proactively work on initiatives to minimize sales returns, Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily data entry in relevant software.
Manage the onboarding process for new stockiest, Analyse secondary sales and stock statements to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream.
