Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive will manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (including UAC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), affiliate networks, and app store platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail oriented, and passionate about digital marketing in the fintech space. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, analyzing performance data, managing CRM integrations, and optimizing campaigns for ROI and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks.
• Manage App Promotion Campaigns using Google UAC and Apple App Store Ads to increase installs and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that improve CTR and conversions.
• Manage and monitor daily campaign budgets, pacing, bids, and ROAS targets.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and MMP platforms (like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch).
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support affiliate marketing initiatives and partnerships to expand user reach.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
• Optimize conversion funnels using A/B testing, creative analysis, and audience segmentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads, and affiliate networks.
• Proven experience managing mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
• Experience using MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) for campaign attribution and performance tracking.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills — able to craft engaging ad copies and campaign messages.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for performance reporting.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• Good understanding of SEO/ASO fundamentals and digital marketing metrics like CPA, CPI, and LTV.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WebEngage, or MoEngage).
• Exposure to affiliate network management and publisher onboarding.
• Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or investment products.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI.
