To lead and drive end-to-end project management for B2B service delivery, ensuring seamless customer experience through effective governance, process adherence, and regional execution. This role will be accountable for strategic oversight of project delivery teams across units, along with central functions for design and governance. The incumbent will ensure timely and high-quality service delivery aligned with customer commitments, internal SLAs, and compliance standards.
Purpose of the Job:
Take charge of an entire Zone, manage a large team of ZSMs and TSMs. Plan, Monitor and Ensure Achievement of frontline Customer and Revenue Market Share objectives by aggressively driving multiple teams to deliver Operational excellence in Channel management and Market expansion.
Key Deliverables:
Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Zone
Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
Manage the portfolio of higher denomination recharges and other products like Airtel Money, Airtel TV etc.
Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution
Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and
mentor the Sales team
Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and
Net Revenue for the zone
Coordinate and plan with the network team to ensure seamless network connectivity for the customers
