Key Responsibilities & Authorities:
1. Product Sales - Record Operator Sales.
2. Operator Sales:
(a) Drive Operator Sales & Business development across PAN India through In- direct channel sales.
(b) To develop & strengthen network of Dealers across India,
(c) Coordinate with Regional Sales team for major growth in Operator business,
(d) Meeting key customers, Architect & Consultant by travelling PAN India,
(e) Work independently, having in depth understanding & knowledge of Operator business and market.
3. Develop Network:
(a) Dealers / Distributor network across India
(b) On boarding Architects, Consultant, Contractors for Operator business.
4. Driving business through existing customer base, to educate & offer
(a) Operators from Record.
(b) MDI products.
5. Retrofit:
(a) Drive Retrofit Business for other make Operators.
6. Drive for Key customers, handling Key accounts, after-market business generation and other support requirement through Regional Sales team. Spare Parts
7. Coordinate with Regional Team "Delivery & Sales team" and accordingly work for business generation.
8. Implementing Rates Contracts with Key Accounts for
(a) Service Contracts for Operator
(b) Part Sales
(c) Service Repair
6. Coordination with factory for procurement, billing & timely dispatch.
7. Monthly forecast for sales revenue.
8. Collection of debtors and ensuring debtors ageing to be within target.
