Job Role : Manager – Ascent Workstream (Supply Chain)
Job Description:
The candidate should ensure meeting 100% Production To Program (PTP) volume by obtaining supplier qualitative inputs through ASCENT and efficiently drive PEGA for disposition of inventory shortfall cases by actively collaborating with Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance, MP&L Central teams
Monitor analysts collaborating with suppliers to obtain their qualitative shipment plans for a minimum of first 13 weeks against Fords demand in ASCENT tool every week.
Collaborate with multiple skill teams at Ford [ Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance, MP&L.] that requires production mitigation actions with Interim Corrective Action (ICA) /Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) resolution from concerned DRI.
Responsibilities:
Represent in global forums on highlighting production risks across all Ford global plants.
Support monthly programming process by identifying real shortfalls using ASCENT.
Support ISO audits for effective controls post business process establishment.
Continuous process improvement to enhance value for the organization.
Develop Management report for the suppliers who are defaulting 13 weeks shipment plan and lagging quality inputs.
Assess analyst workload and distribute evenly on periodical basis.
Drive the effort with suppliers to improve their delivery performance to Ford.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration
Minimum 12-15 years of Supply Chain Experience
Should have managed 10+ member team.
