Job Title: Manager - PPG
Role & Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all maintenance requirements for Engine & APU are fully met on continuous basis in respect of spares, Special Tooling & equipment.
2. Following significant aspects of Engine Contract have to be closely monitored:
Maintain, collect and provide necessary data of Engines to IAE as per agreement
Implement and follow the IAE recommendations resulting from analysis of the performance
trend monitoring data
ECM data to IAE in agreed format
By tenth of each month engine data to be submitted covering engine Hr /Cycle, T.O. derate, day temp., departure airport and its elevation
Immediate provision of necessary data to IAE of eligible engine which is likely to be removed due to any problem
Delivery of eligible engine to Maintenance center in stipulated period with requisite data and in agreed configuration
Arrangement for removal of Program engine when eligible engine is available
To ensure IAE MMP is taken care during engine maintenance
Requesting and implementation of one time concession to or from IAE
Maintenance of all records for implementation of GTA and FHA
Preparing and making claims on IAE to cover guaranties and warranties issues.
3. Preparing plans for induction of Engine Maintenance work for CFM, P&W and ATR Engines.
4. Planning for APU /Engine changes in coordination with Routing Cell and having minimal grounding time. 5. ETOP requirement for Engine and APU,
7. Look into Lease return of the Aircrafts to meet re-delivery conditions of Engine and APU).
6. Planning for Spares, Tools and Equipment with minimal grounding time and ensuring 99.9% Technical Regularity.
7. Taking up on Engine Grounding incidents, AOG, Reliability, Modification issues with Manufacturers and related Vendors for Warranty, Performance and Reliability.
8. Any other assignments as directed by Director (PPG) from time to time.
