Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and
ensuring timely execution of engineering and construction activities. This role requires strong analytical,
organizational, and communication skills to support project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align project timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks; propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
BE/B.Tech Mechanical with 5 to 7 years of experience, MBA would be an added advantage
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, planning techniques, and risk management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Should possess strong attention to detail and willingness to work through any issues that emerge
Good knowledge of Computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & SAP
