Job Title:  SME – New Products

Key responsibilities:

 Responsible for successful launch of product in circle.

 Responsible for KPI delivery as per target & action for continues improvement

 Optimum use of resources with planned productivity, team management.

 Anticipate risks on services & take proactive action to ensure customer satisfaction

 Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

 Monitor individual performance at engineers, TL & ZI wise performance.
