Principal Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with a strong background in building enterprise-grade digital platforms and AI-first solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, high-impact platforms across B2B, B2E, or B2C

domains.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, user-centric design, and technology, and can drive measurable business impact by building scalable, intuitive, and AI-integrated products.

 Key Responsibilities

•     Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for enterprise or customer-facing digital platforms.

•     Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative product experiences.

•     Integrate Gen AI or agentic AI capabilities into workflows to drive automation, personalization, and intelligent decision support.

•     Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories with defined success metrics.

•     Lead discovery workshops, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to align with user needs and organizational priorities.

•     Partner with CXOs, business heads, and functional leaders to ensure stakeholder alignment and outcome delivery.

•     Monitor product performance using data analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve usage, adoption, and business KPIs.

 What We're Looking For

•     10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of building, scaling complex workflows and platforms.

•     Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives or AI/ML-integrated products.

•     Experience with B2E or enterprise platforms, especially those focused on workforce productivity, automation, or compliance.

•     Strong understanding of user experience principles, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

•     Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring junior PMs.

•     Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google/Adobe Analytics, Miro, Trello, etc

 Preferred Qualifications

•     Background in large scale SaaS, HR Tech, or Enterprise IT organizations.

•     Exposure to Gen AI, NLP, RPA, or Agentic AI tools is highly desirable but not mandatory.

•     MBA or equivalent degree in Product Management, Technology, or Business Strategy.
